This page has dynamic statuses that change as your booking moves from quote to confirmed, giving you control over when a payment can be made.

Only a single URL is needed for the lifetime of the booking and we've built the ability to set payment reminders and display links out to your glossy itinerary.

The Agent Zone

Give your agents secure access to their bookings with you. The Agent Zone centrally stores all relevant information that's conveniently grouped by status for them to manage invoices payable from enquiry through to completion.

Each agent added to your Roam bookings will be given a unique URL to be shared with their accounts payable team, giving them visibility of upcoming transfers to create a seamless and more efficient payment flow.

Customers can pay for their bookings in either USD, AUD, GBP, EUR or ZAR. The base costs of a booking can be denominated in either ZAR, USD or EUR.

No matter the base currency of your invoice or the currency your customer chooses to pay in, we will lock-in the FX rate used between deposit and balance payment and mitigate all currency exposure. Our team completely manages this complex environment so you don’t have to, guaranteeing a price in your customers home currency for up to 3 years.
